All data is stored locally on your device, and the App does not require user registration or account creation.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the App to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in the App
• This includes gift ideas, event information, contact details, and other personal data

4.2 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content you create or share
• You must ensure you have the right to use any content you upload
• We do not endorse or take responsibility for user-generated content

4.3 Local Storage

• All content is stored locally on your device
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• We do not have access to your locally stored content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• The App, including its design, features, graphics, and code, is owned by GiftReminder and protected by intellectual property laws
• Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are protected

6.2 License to Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time

9.2 No Warranties

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, reliability, or suitability for your needs
• We do not warrant that the App will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities

9.3 Limitation of Liability

11. Data Backup and Loss

• Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data
• We recommend regularly backing up your device or exporting your gift ideas, events, and other important information
• We are not liable for any data loss due to device failure, app deletion, device upgrade, or any other reason
• If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device
• Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data

12.2 Termination by Us

• We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time
• Upon discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through app store updates or other available channels
